We are a lively, friendly group who meet on a Wednesday evening in the Church Hall to rehearse a wide range of music and song for forthcoming events.  Rehearsals begin again in September and this autumn we will be looking at songs from musicals by Lloyd Webber, Cy Coleman and Richard Rogers, and also songs from the war years to commemorate the centenary of the ending of the 1914 - 1918 war.  In addition, Christmas will be here before you know it and we need to prepare for the Carol Services in Church!

The choir has made significant  progress since its start 3 years ago, but we urgently need the services of an occasional rehearsal pianist to help with practice, also perhaps the occasional performance.

This is not something which requires attendance week in and week out but the occasional Wednesday evening help would be greatly appreciated.  If you are a pianist and feel you could spare a little time to help us when you can, then please get in touch with our leader Derek Jones, who can be contacted on 01278 788221 or email, or indeed contact any choir member.

It goes without saying we would welcome any new members to our friendly group, an interest in group singing is all that is needed and all music material is provided.

We meet in the Church Hall at 6.45 pm and finish around 8.30 pm, and you would be very welcome.
