YOUR INVITATION TO A

SHAREHOLDERS ONLY

MEETING

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER

29TH 2016 AT 7PM AT

MARK CHURCH HALL

The objective of this meeting is to brief all shareholders on the

Proposed Planning Application which will shortly be submitted to

SDC, and to share feedback received from the recent Community

Consultation sessions. There will also be revised proposed plans on

display based on the feedback.

This will serve as the last Shareholders meeting prior to making a

formal Planning application.

As well as MCLT Steering Group members, there will once again be

representatives from Sedgemoor District Council (SDC), South West

Housing Society (SWHS) and other experts who are working closely

with the CLT to deliver affordable rented homes for the residents of

Mark.

We will also provide an update on the activities undertaken since

the last meeting, and proposed actions to address some of the

concerns raised.

MCLT are keen to ensure that the development is in keeping with its

surrounds, meets the needs of the community, that any concerns,

ideas, suggestions from the community are considered and where

appropriate incorporated into the overall plan.

It is hoped the revised plans will be available for you to view on

our website a couple of days prior to the meeting. A further email
