INVITATION TO A PUBLIC DROP IN SESSION
The Proposed development of affordable rented homes for people with a connection to the village

Please come along and take the opportunity to meet with MCLT Steering Group members, representatives from Sedgemoor District Council (SDC), South West Housing Society (SWHS) and other experts who are working closely with the CLT to deliver affordable rented homes for people with a connection to the village. A need that was established by a previous Housing Needs survey undertaken by Sedgemoor District Council. There will be proposed design drawings on display, information about how to register for affordable rented accommodation and the opportunity to discuss the proposals with the various representatives.
MCLT are keen to ensure that the development is in keeping with its surrounds, meets the needs of the community, that any concerns, ideas, suggestions from the community are considered and where appropriate incorporated into the overall plan.
We encourage all residents to attend and to complete a feedback form to register their opinions. These forms will help us to assess whether we have got the detail right and in line with the community’s expectations and make changes as necessary. This is your opportunity to have your views heard.
