6.   Planning Portfolio - to consider any new planning applications received by the date of the Meeting.


7   Public Areas Portfolio


  • Highway Matters a) highway defects; b) fly-tipping; c) extension of 30 mph speed limit, Blackford Road – completion of signage; d) proposed safety scheme, Mark First School; e) proposed village gateway, Blackford; f) SIDs; g) Harp Road/Causeway junction, eastern end of The Causeway and Southwick Crossroads – highway safety issues.
  • 67 Bus Service.
  • Public Rights of Way – to consider any issues.
  • Play Area – to consider any issues;
  • Village Hall and Football Pitch Area – to consider any issue including replacement of goal posts;
  • Land or Property in which Parish Council has an interest
