A Meeting of Mark Parish Council will be held in the Church Hall, Vicarage Lane, Mark on Tuesday 7th September 2021 at 7.00 p.m.

      [b] Accounts for Approval for Payment

      [c] Approval of Bank Reconciliation as at 30.6.2021

 

6.   Planning Portfolio - to confirm recommendations of permission in respect of

019 Erection of side extension and detached garage and formation of new driveway, Linden, Dutch Road, Mark – Mr & Mrs G. Fisher.

020 & 021LB Erection of extension to side elevation, conversion of stables to home office and garden store, replacement car port and alterations to dwelling, Laurel Farm, The Causeway, Mark – Mr & Mrs J. Griffen.

025 Erection of agricultural building, Reed Farm, Southwick Road, Mark – CL, AE & RC Sweet

and to consider any new planning applications received by the date of the Meeting.

                                             

     7   Public Areas Portfolio

 

  • Highway Matters a) highway defects; b) fly-tipping; c)proposed  press publicity in connection with lack of action from County Highways regarding completion of outstanding highway issues; d) proposed safety scheme, Mark First School; e) lay-by, Jubilee Green and traffic accidents; f) 67 bus service; g) Vole Road safety issue; h) River Bridge vegetation on parapet.
  • SIDs – to receive any update on installation of new poles.
  • Public Rights of Way – to consider any issues.
  • Play Area – update on new picnic tables and maintenance work – Member(s) to attend the 2021 SPFA Field of the Year Presentation Event at Woolavington on 10th September at 7.30 p.m.
  • Village Hall and Football Pitch Area – to consider any issues;
  • Land or Property in which Parish Council has an interest

 

     8.  Website Portfolio – to consider any issues;

 

     9.  Date of next Meeting – 2nd November 2021 at 7.00 p.m.
