[a] Balance of Accounts current £4,436.61 & reserve £35,038.68 at 31.1.20

[b] Accounts for Approval for Payment

[c] To agree Risk Assessment Report & Statement of Internal Control for 2019/20 (copies previously circulated)

[d] Reserves.


7.   Planning Portfolio

             To consider any new planning applications received by the date of the Meeting.


8   Public Areas Portfolio


  • Highway Matters a) highway defects; b) fly-tipping; c) extension of 30 mph speed limit, Blackford Road; d) possible safety improvements/parking issues, Mark First School; e) Fingerpost signs; f) SIDs; g) litter pick day outcome.
  • Public Rights of Way – to consider any issues.
  • Play Area – to consider any issues – annual safety inspection report;
  • Village Hall and Football Pitch Area – to consider any issue including maintenance of goal mouth;
  • Land or Property in which Parish Council has an interest
