[a] Balance of Accounts current £11,909.02 & reserve £33,295.29 at 30.11.18

[b] Accounts for Approval for Payment

[c] To approve the Estimates for 2019/20

[d] To approve a Risk Management Report for 2018/19

[e] To approve a Statement of Internal Control for 2018/19

 

6.   Planning Portfolio

To consider 028 Variation of condition of 33/17/00004 to revise layout of plots 2,5,8&9 to provide 3 bedrooms instead of 2, Rookery Farm Creamery, Northwick Road, Mark – Mr & Mrs C. Petheram; 029 Change of use and conversion of garage and store to holiday accommodation and change of use of agricultural land to domestic garden for use as maintenance strip and fire escape, Burnt House, Yarrow Road, Mark – Mrs C. James together with any new planning applications received by the date of the Meeting.

                                                                       

7.   Public Areas Portfolio

 

  • Highway Matters a) highway defects and defective drains; b) fly-tipping; c) possible extension of 30 mph speed limit or safety improvements, Blackford Road/Church Street; d) parking issues, Mark First School; e) 67 Bus Service – Highbridge to Wells. f) Fingerpost signs; g) SID group; h) HGV issues.
  • Jubilee Green a) Seat; b) damaged litter bin.
  • Public Rights of Way;
  • Play Area to consider lowering the hedge between the play area and bowling green;
  • Village Hall and Football Pitch Area – to consider any issues including defibrillator(s);
  • Land or Property in which Parish Council has an interest
