A Meeting of Mark Parish Council will be held in the Church Hall, Vicarage Lane, Mark on Tuesday 2nd July 2019 at 7.00 p.m.

[a] Balance of Accounts current £11,679.78 & reserve £33,328.51 at 1.6.19

6.   Planning Portfolio

    To consider 33/19/00008 & 012LB – Replacement of self-contained annexe with a purpose-built annexe attached to Southwick House, Southwick Road, Mark – Mr & Mrs C. Larkin together with any new planning applications received by the date of the Meeting.


7   Public Areas Portfolio


  • Highway Matters a) highway defects; b) fly-tipping; c) possible extension of 30 mph speed limit or safety improvements, Blackford Road; d)temporary road closures; e) possible safety improvements/parking issues, Mark First School; f) possible new seat and improvement work, Jubilee Green; g) Fingerpost signs; h) SIDs/speed monitoring device.
  • Public Rights of Way – including riparian ownership of the west bank of Pilrow Wall Rhyne alongside AX23/13 Pilrow Wall (track)
  • Play Area – to consider any issues;
  • Village Hall and Football Pitch Area – to consider any issues including defibrillator and clarification over conditions applied by the MCA over use and public liability insurance of the playing field;
  • Land or Property in which Parish Council has an interest


8.  Website Portfolio/ Superfast Broadband – to consider any issues;


9.  Date of next Meeting – 3rd September 2019 – 7.00 p.m.
