[a] Balance of Accounts current £9,159.48 & reserve £31,645.81 at 29.9.17

[b] Accounts for Approval for Payment

[c] Bank Reconciliation at 30.9.2017

[d] Closure of 2016/17 Audit.


7   Public Areas Portfolio


  • Highway Matters a) highway defects; b) possible extension of 30 mph speed limit or safety improvements, Blackford Road; c) Jubilee Green; d) 67 Bus Service – Highbridge to Wells to receive any update; e) Possible 20 mph zones/flashing lights in vicinity of Mark First School; f) Mark Speed watch.
  • Public Rights of Way;
  • Play Area –  SPFA Awards and repair to springer;
  • Village Hall and Football Pitch Area – to consider any issue and update on Bowling Club lease;
  • Land or Property in which Parish Council has an interest


8.   Planning Portfolio

  • To consider 030 Erection of extension and installation of raised deck, 20 Merryfield, Mark – L. Blewett together with any new planning applications received by the date of the Meeting.


9.    Affordable Housing – to consider any update;


10.  Website Portfolio to consider any issues;


11.  Superfast Broadband – to receive any update on Truespeed scheme.


12.  Date of next Meeting – 2nd January 2018 – 7.30 p.m.
